Abour our speakers:
John Magee is the owner of Magee Designs. One of Washington DC's most experienced landscape designers in the use of native plants in the landscape, he has been designing private and commercial residences for the past 20 years.
Jim McGlone started his professional career as an economist and is now one of our region's most respected urban foresters, sought after for his knowledgeable and engaging speaking style.
Advanced registration is preferred.

We are offering up to 25 scholarships of $100 each for Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional certificate training to people who attend the conference.
If more than 25 people want them, we will allot them to people in the order in which you register for the conference.
Recipients need to qualify for CBLP training, which would be most of the audience: https://cblpro.org/get-certified/
Recipients' professional work needs to be in Northern Virginia (Prince William, Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, and the jurisdictions therein.)
CBLP training must be completed by Spring 2023.
If you have a Spanish-speaking employee or colleague who can't attend our conference because of the language barrier, you may designate your scholarship for that person to take the Spanish version of CBLP-Crews on October 24.
